Major Idea is the following:
For instance, for MACS pipeline we need to specify external tool directory for each script. But some of the scripts are modified. So it is not possible to substitute them. Implement mechanism when we just set up a directory for all scripts in a pipeline and all corresponding external tools plugins are able to find its script in that directory.
