      Description

      Some enzymes, e.g. SalI and XhoI, BclI and BamHI produce complement sticky DNA ends. Using them in the same experiment may influence it negatively.

      See also examples of such enzymes in the attached file, p.154.

      So, the user must be warned about such cases.
