Ensure that chromatograms are available in the workflow starage

Chromatograms are read by the format, but they are not put to the bus. But there still can be a possibility to fetch them from the storage by GObjectsRelations.
Ensure that there is a possibility to fetch chromatogram for each sequence fro the storage. Implement all what is needed if there is no such possibility.
