In comparison with the Alignment Editor, the following should be done:
- Remove the grey bars, show only the sequence.
- Do something with the reference and consensus labels above the reads names (remove or leave).
- Add "Consensus mode" group to the "General" tab. "Alignment info" should also have the hide/show arrow.
- Leave only "Levitsky" and "Strict" items in the combo-box.
- Set the default values to "Levitsky", "85%".
