      Reproducible on build for 29.03.2017

      1. Open file "_common_data/scenarios/_regression/4804/standard_amino.aln"
      2. Select "Align sequences to profile with MUSCLE" from context menu
      3. Select "_common_data/scenarios/_regression/4804/ext_amino.fa" file
      Crash
