Scenario to reproduce:
- Open "_common_data/scenarios/msa/ma2_gapped.aln".
- Open "General" options panel tab.
- Select "Simple extended" algorithm.
- Ensure that the threshold slider works.
- Replace any character in the alignment to 'Q'.
Expected state: the alignment alphabet changes. Consensus algorithm changes to any algorithm which supports raw alphabet.
Current state: the alignment alphabet changes. The consensus algorithm is still "Simple extended". - Undo the character replacement.
Expected state: the alignment alphabet is restored to DNA simple. The consensus algorithm is restored to "Simple extended".
