Selection and hotkeys scrolling in the Details View

Besides usage of scrollbars in the Sequence Details View, the following options are available for scrolling the sequence:

• Enlarging of a selected region using the mouse.
• Moving in the sequence using arrow keys on the keyboard.

Sometimes, a problem occur with this feature. For example, when enlarging selection of a wrapped sequence, a partial bottom row with the sequence characters may be shown (the whole row should be visible instead).

The issue is to tweak visualization for all possible scenarios. Take into account at least the following features:

• The sequence is wrapped on not.
• The editing mode is switched on/off.
• Complementary sequence is shown/hidden.
• All translation frames are shown/hidden.
• "Translate selection" option is selected or not.
