      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open the Workflow Designer.
      2. Create the following workflow: "Read Sequence" > "Find Repeats" > "Write Sequence".
      3. Select "Read Sequence", use the attached "testseq1.fasta" as input file.
      4. Select "Find Repeats", set "Max distance" to "0".
Current result: value "Any" is displayed for the "Max distance" parameter.
      5. Search for repeats.
Current result: no repeats are found.

The reason of the issue is that there are "two" ways to ignore "Max distance" parameter:

      • to set another parameter "Apply 'Max distance' attribute" to "False".
      • to set "Max distance" to 0 (as described in the scenario, this way doesn't work).

      Do the following:

      1. Set "Apply 'Max distance' attribute" to "False" by default as in the corresponding dialog in the Sequence View.
      2. Set minimum value of the "Max distance" parameter (if it is enabled) to "1".
      3. Modify the minimum value of the parameter in the Sequence View dialog as well.
