Argument name is not replaced for an element with external tool

Scenario:

1. Open the WD.
2. Create an element with external tool.
   • Add a parameter, set "Display name" to "PARAMETER", "Argument name" to "parameter".
   • Add $parameter to the execution command.
3. Clear the UGENE log.
4. Create and start a workflow with this element.
5. Open the log. Set level of displayed messages to "DETAILS".
   Expected result: "Running external process" message does not contain "$parameter", it is replaced with the parameter value.
