Remember settings and Restore defaults on the Options Panel

      Description

      Implement a common widget that would remember settings specified by a user. It is possible to make it just like "Remember settings / Restore defaults" buttons, but maybe it would be more handy to save the profiles of the settings to a file / a project .

      When implemented it should be applied to all tabs carefully.
