Description

1. Open "\Data\samples\CLUSTALW\COI.aln"
2. Select some sequence name in the middle of the name list area
3. Move selection to first sequence by using key "Arrow Up"
4. Press "Shift" + "Arrow Down"

Bug state: UGENE fails in debug mode; in release mode selection becomes incorrect
Expected state: first and second sequences are selected

The described behavior does not occur in revisions 4468(trunk) and 4469(v.1.12)
