 Description   

1. Open murine.gb
2. Export it as alignment
3. Drag and drop one more murine sequence object to the alignment
4. Select the first sequence as reference
Bug state: two sequences are selected as a reference
Expected state: The selected sequence is the reference. Only one sequence can be a reference sequence! Add additional validation of that

Curently the first row with the name is the reference sequence

The reference sequence mechanism must not rely on names. It must rely on IDs. When it is implemented the bug can be resolved.
