Description |
Moving to Qt5 requires the CUDA SDK to be updated. Thus, the CUDA plugin in UGENE will not work on Windows OS, if this issue is not done. |

"Cuda support" plugin is compilable now, Windows snapshots contains this plugin and CUDA dependent algorithms are available. But some tests fails: |

To the tester: ensure, that "cuda_support" plugin is compiled and all Windows snapshots packages include it. Also check that CUDA-dependent algorithms work. |

NSIS packages do not contain "Cuda support" plugin |
