 Description   

Scenario:

  1. Open "data/samples/Genbank/murine.gb".
  2. Open "Search in Sequence" options panel tab.
  3. Set "Substitute" algorithm.
  4. Enter the following pattern: "YYYGYY".
    Current result: 0 results was found, the window is red
  5. Check "Search with ambiguous bases" checkbox.
    Expected result: 110 results was found, the window is white
    Current result: 0110 results was found, the window is red
