 Description

See the screenshot of the current message that appears when a custom element with external tool is edited and input/output data or parameters are modified.

The message should be changed to:

You've changed the element structure (input data, parameters, or output data).

If you apply the changes, all elements of this type will be removed from the scene. You can then add a new such element to the scene by dragging it from the "Custom Elements with External Tools" group of the "Elements" palette.

Would you like to apply the changes?

The buttons should be renamed to "Apply", "Reset to initial" и "Cancel". Location of the buttons should be modified as well: put the "Reset to initial" button into the middle.

Message changed, "Reset" button not renamed because it is standard message box button role.

Test scenario:

  1. Open the WD.
  2. Create a custom element with external tool. Or use an existing one, in this case put the element on the scene.
  3. Expected result: the element is added to the WD scene.
  4. Open the element configuration wizard.
  5. Go to the “Output data” page.
  6. Click “Add output” and set the “Display name” for the output port.
  7. Go to the “Command" page and edit the command.
  8. Follow the wizard pages until the “Summary” page. On the “Command” page in the appeared “Warning” dialog about unused parameters click “Continue”.
  9. Click “Finish”.
Expected result: a warning dialog box about applying changes in the element is opened.
  10. Click “Cancel”.
Expected result: the ”Summary” page is still opened.
  11. Click “Reset”.
Expected result: the “General settings” page is opened.
Follow the wizard and check that “Output data” change wasn’t applied.

This test scenario present in test plan for UGENE-6560
