Improve displaying of several selection in the Sequence Zoom View

When several overlapped regions are selected in a sequence, the regions can't be distinguished clearly (see the attached screenshot, for example). Displaying of the regions in the Sequence Zoom View can be improved.

Also, the list of selected regions may be shown in another view. In this case multiple regions selection should also be supported completely (not partially).
