"Save Schema" button works incorrectly in the QD

The issue was detected during execution of test "/Common scenarios/Query designer/test_0006.txt".

When the "Save Schema" button is pressed on step 3 (i.e. the schema file already exists), a user is asked where to save the schema. When the user selects the same file, he is asked "Do you want to replace it?".
