Assert on NULL position in the QD

The attached schema has been created using the QD GUI.

When the schema has been reopened in the debug version, the program stopped on "assert(!pos.isNull())" in QDElement::loadState(...).

In the release version the schema is opened.

The QD shouldn't create schemes that it can't open.
