Major 1. There is a button in a context menu called "Edit -> replace selected rows with rev-complement". This button appears only when right-clicking the alignment area, however it obviously should be shown when right-clicking the sequences list as well.
2. Selection behavior is not convenient:
- it is impossible to start the selection from the free space in the alignment area
- when starting the selection by clicking on any sequence in the alignment area and moving the pointer to the whitespace - nothing is selected.
- the same works for the left-side widget that shows the sequences list
