Issues with tab widget: first visible page should be set explicitly

In the latest release some of the dialogs with tab widgets have wrong initial tab page.
These are:

• Smith-Waterman
• Workflow Designer tools panel
  The similar problem has already occurred earlier with other dialogs containing tabs.
  Problem has to be solved by setting explicitly the first page of the tab widget as initial in the source code. This should be applied to every tab widget.
