T-Coffee doen't work

To reproduce:

1. Click the

{Tools->Multiple Alignment->T-Coffee}

.
2. Select the input alignment, for example, from "data/samples/CLUSTALW" directory.
3. Press Align button.

An error appears. See attachment.
