Major Given a file with a sequence, and a file with an annotation (in GFF, for example).
We need to create a file that contains an annotated sequence using Workflow Designer.
A scheme for that contains the "Read sequence" element, the "Read annotation element", "Multiplexer" to concatenate the sequence and the annotations. And "Write sequence element" to write the result.
We can read an annotation (in GFF) using the "Read Sequence" element. But it is not semantically correct.
Extend a name of the "Read Sequence" element or create a new "Read Annotation" element.
