List of supported script functions in script editor

There is a list of functions which are supported by WD Script Editor. (http://ugene.unipro.ru/documentation/wd_manual/custom_elements.html)
If you open the editor it doesn't make enough sense what function you can use.

Add a button in the editor that shows the list of the functions with their description and allow to copy a function to the editor from the list.
