Crash on rendering a 3D structure because of bad video driver

      Based on crash report and correspondence with user: https://ugene.unipro.ru/ugenecrashes_new?id=1832

      After updating video driver UGENE stopped crashing on rendering 3d structure.

      Try to fix the crash by validation of openGL driver before rendering, catching exceptions of the library, checking error statuses.
      UGENE must show an error message like "Bad video driver. Try to update it", instead of crashing.
