Support sequence length attribute for samtools DBI

Currently, there are no attribute DBI in the samtools DBI. And the length of assemblis is calculated from the getMaxEndPos() method. Maximum end position is not the sequence length. So, it is needed to add the corresponding attribute of the attribute DBI.
