UGENE doesn't detect when a file from the opened project is deleted

1. Open a file in UGENE => the file was added to the current project
2. Modify the file outside UGENE => UGENE proposes to reload the document
3. Delete the file outside UGENE => UGENE doesn't do anything!

When a file is deleted, UGENE should notify the user that a file has been deleted outside UGENE. It should be proposed to either remove the file from the project (by default) or to save it somewhere.
