Visual enhancement of Smith-Waterman Search dialog

1. Add some separators between template values to default strings in files names and sequences names and make some rearrangement with template values.
2. Rearrange template buttons.
3. Set pattern/sequence name prefix 10 symbols length, and make SW dialog include only whole words into prefix. Let it include real prefix only if the first word is longer than 10 symbols.
4. Make annotations widget to be on dialog's top when "Annotations" result view chosen.
5. Make default pattern name depending on number of SW search launch and reduce it just to "P№".
6. Make the numeration of founded subsequences starting from 1 instead of 0.
7. Set the default result view method to "Annotations" rather than "Multiple alignment".
