Allow adding ambiguous symbols while editing sequence

      Description

      ICBFM request.

      Sometimes it is needed to add an ambiguous IUPAC symbol (http://www.cisred.org/rat1.1/iupac_symbols_help) like Y, M, S.

      Currently for a DNA sequence only A,C,G,T,N are allowed.

      Allow adding those ambiguous symbols. Pay attention to alphabets. Make sure an alphabet of a sequence is changed correctly.
