Major ICBFM request.
Annotation selection must have the following behavior:
1) With Ctrl pressed annotations added to selection by clicking. If an annotions is clicked and it's in the selection it's removed from the selection.
2) With Shift pressed containing region of selected annotations is selected. If an annotions is clicked and it's in the selection it's removed from the selection and still containing region of all selected annotations is selected.
