"Enable collapsing" of MSAView crash

      Description

      1. Open attached alignment.
      2. Select ma959 sequence
      3. Press "Enable collapsing"
      4. Selection is not cleared (screenshot)
      5. Click under selection and UGENE crashes

      Expected: selection is cleared, selection of "ghost" sequences is not allowed, UGENE doesn't crash
