Find Pattern: search button is not disabled if there are errors in parameters

1. Open Find Pattern on the Options Panel
2. Provide the widget with wrong input (no annotation name, bad region)

Current: Search button is not disable and enter signal is sent

Expected: Search button is disabled and enter signal is not sent
