Find Substring element - load pattern from files and use names of sequence for annotations

Make the Find Substring element functions similar to Find Pattern in the Options Panel.

1. A pattern can be loaded from a file (in any sequence format or in the raw format)
2. Names of sequences in files can be used as annotation names (add a combo box)
