Major When you create the "Find Pattern" element and connect the "Read sequence" element to it then the plain text slot of "Find Pattern" has value "Dataset".
That is wrong because that slot is for text patterns to be found. So the slot must be empty by default.
When fixed make sure that annotations slots of the write element are set by default since that issues are connected.
