New workflow element to annotate a region between two annotations.

Something similar to "Collocation search", but not including the annotations used in the search.
Some usage examples:

• To annotate a region amplified by two primers (and not including the primers).
• To annotate and unknown region but surrounded by two conserved regions (pretty common).
• To annotate an insert cloned between two restrictions enzymes (same workflow for many vectors and inserts).
