Major In Cistrom pipeline it is needed to merge annotations from multiple files into one annotation table.
A possible solution is to add Grouper after the read element. But it's not obvious behavior.
Add new parameter to Read annotations element - "Merge annotations" that merges all annotations from different files in one table. It must do that within one dataset only.
