WD: Cannot switch properties in combo boxes

1. Add the "Write annotation" element (or another element with a property n combo box)
2. Select another document format
3. Click on the scene

The document format of the element has not been changed. But if you had clicked on another field of the property editor when selecting the format it would have been changed.
