Editing characters in the Alignment Editor

There is an option to insert gaps in msa. Allow adding/replacing symbols as well.

When one character is selected typing will replace the symbol. With SHIF modifier typing works in replace mode.

Support also Copy-Paste with standard hotkeys (see this feature in MEGA).
