Repeat find and Find tandems tasks should work with a part of sequence

Current state is: tasks take whole sequence and work inside region of a sequence according to the task settings.
There always will be memory error on x32 UGENE during preparing large task data, even if the region fits into memory.

Tasks should take only needed region of sequence, not whole sequence.
