Improve PDB parser: incorporate SEQRES record to infer correct sequence of the structure

If the SEQRES record is present , itcan be used to infer a correct sequence of the protein. However, the user should be asked (or warned) for this operation, since the inferred structure could have alternative options and requires manual examination.
