      Description

      To reproduce the issue:

      1. Open a document (e.g. COI.aln)
      2. Modify it (e.g. insert a gap)
      3. Close the view of the document
      4. Select "Unload selected documents" for the document
      5. Select "No" not to save the document

      Result: the document is unloaded, but marked as modified (blue).
