Smith-Waterman algorithm use int values, task settings and dialog allow float values

The Smith-Waterman algorithm use int values in the launch function: gap open penalty, gap extension penalty, max and min score (calculated from percent of score). Task settings and the dialog allow to enter float values. Need to fix the algorithm or the dialog and settings.
