UGENE crash on removing last sequence from alignment

      Description

      Remove the last sequence from MSA using context menu (Edit->Remove current sequence) to get the crash.

      Expected state: 1) it is impossible to delete the last sequence. 2)UGENE must handle an empty alignment without error
