Major 1. Open "COI.aln".
2. Select any symbol in the last sequence.
3. Click the "Enable collapsing" button on the toolbar.
UGENE crashes on assertion (debug only). There is no log messages in release version. If you click somewhere in the sequence area with the SHIFT key, you've got incorrect selection. Trying to drag this selection crashes UGENE.
