Major Support a way to set paired reads files in a wizard.
1) Use two dataset panels in each dataset tab.
2) When a user adds a file into one panel and the name of the file is for example "name_1.fastq", offer him automatically add the "name_2.fastq" file (if exists) into the second dataset panel.
3) Improve workflow validation: if some dataset has no input files then warn about it.
