Statuses of Cistrome workflow elements during a workflow run

On the scheme all the data were already read and computed, the only element that was running was the "Collect Motifs with SeqPos" element. Therefore the statuses are incorrect. Statuses of all elements except the SeqPos element must be "Ready" in this case.
