Allow to enter IDs for different databases as recource ID for DAS

In current state UGENE can work with Swiss-Prot, TrEMBL, UniProt, IPI and UniParc IDs only. It is needed to allow one to use IDs from another databases (e.g. PDB ID).
There is an online service DASty (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/dasty/index.html). It can use any IDs, do request to the DAS and visualise the result. This service converts the inappropriate IDs with another online service: PICR (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/picr/).
It is necessary to imlement similary logic in the UGENE: user enters any ID, UGENE sends a request to the PICR, converts an entered ID into the appropriate to the DAS, then sends a request to the DAS.
This feature should be tested manually with DASty and PICR service.
