Add a button or a menu item to create an empty alignment

      Description

      The case is the following:
      -There are many sequences in a project view
      -A user wants to align a few of them
      -He creates an empty alignment (Vector NTI-style) and drag&drop sequences from the project to the alignment

      There must a way to create an alignment using a button on the toolbar or an item in the menu.
