Major Currently if "Sequence" slot of the "Write Annotations" element is not connected, a warning appears.
This anymore make sense as there are many annotations-only formats in UGENE.
Moreover this may confuse a use, if he/she validates the Cistrome pipeline.
This warning should be switched off.
(Note: Alternatively, you may switch off the warning for some formats only, such as bed, fpkm_tracking, gtf, etc.)
