Store scale in a workflow scheme file

Do the following:

1. Create a scheme, modify it's scale (e.g. select 75%)
2. Save the scheme
3. Reopen it

Result: the scale is 100%

It is required to store the scale in the scheme file, so it is restored, when the scheme is reopened.
