UGENE WD hangs when it doesn't have write access to the output folder

1) Create output folder with no write access for user running UGENE
2) Open UGENE, run schema, set output file path to created folder
Expected result: UGENE WD run failed with error
Current result: WD runs forever with high CPU load.
Try with cmdline UGENE
